Shipping

All orders are posted by First Class post within 24 hours (one business day). UK orders often arrive the next day; however, please allow for delays around busy periods.

If your order does not arrive, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return anything unused within 30 days for a refund.

Please contact us beforehand so that we know to expect the goods back.

We will also refund the postage cost for returning if the reason for return is our fault.
